When will my order arrive?
Your order usually arrives between the Estimated Delivery Dates listed on the product detail page. Once your order is shipped:
- You'll receive an SMS notification from the courier company.
- An email with tracking information will be sent to your email address.
- When your order is out for delivery, you'll get another SMS notification from the courier company.
Note: The mentioned dates are estimated delivery dates and may vary depending on the delivery time of the courier company and your location.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a notification SMS from the courier company.
- Tracking information will be sent to your email address.
Can I change my delivery information?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can let us know through the "Order Support Center" in your order details, and we'll make the changes right away.
If your order has been shipped, you can contact the destination branch of the relevant shipping company to request changes to your information.
Do deliveries happen on public holidays?
Delivery companies operate six days a week, except Sundays. However, some companies also offer Sunday deliveries.
How can I access the shipping details for my order?
You can find the shipping details for your order in your order details. Also, when your order is shipped:
- You'll receive an SMS notification from the shipping company.
- Shipping details will be sent to your email address.
Missing or Incorrect Item Received, What Should I Do?
Your order might arrive in multiple packages. If your order is being shipped in more than one package, you can find the shipping details for each item in your order details. If there are no multiple shipping details and you have missing item(s) in your order, you need to ask the delivery person to prepare a damage assessment report. Additionally, you can inform us about this situation by reaching out through the "Order Support Center" section in your order details.
